For Ponderosa Point, a luxury estate perched along the lake and recently featured on Netflix’s Million Dollar Secret, Littco was brought in to deliver both spray foam and batt insulation. The project demanded high thermal performance across a sprawling footprint, without compromising the clean architectural detailing.
We sealed crawlspaces and hard-to-reach framing pockets with spray foam, then followed through with batt insulation across the home’s many volumes and vaulted ceilings. The result is a home that stays comfortable through every season, despite massive glazing and exposure to lake breezes.
